	Hello,

    	We are running DECmcc V1.3.0.
    
	We have some problem with MCC_DNA4_EVL when it is started.
	Sometimes the link with EVL is successfully done. Sometimes 
	it can't be done and we have to re-start MCC_DNA4_EVL.
	Both log that follow are examples of unsuccessful start and 
    	re-start.
	Has somebody an idea on the reason(s) of these unpredictable
	and unsuccesful connections to EVL ? 

	Any help would be appreciated.

	p.s. : we are puzzled about the way the process MCC_DNA4_EVL
	is created (quotas, priority, ...) because it has a very low
	priority (2). Is it normal ?
