    Hi,
    
    I have a customer that just upgraded to DECmcc V1.4 and chose to
    install the Alarms Manager (I think this is optional and was not a
    supported piece under V1.3) package.  He tried to invoke it by doing a
    $ MCR MCC_ALARM_MGR but received an error similar to the following.
    
    Error activating image MCC_MTS_PRIV_SHR
    SHRIDMISMAT, Ident mismatch with sharable image.
    
    He tried doing a replace in install of the MCC_MTS_PRIV_SHR image but
    that didn't help.  An analyze/image of the MCC_ALARM_MGR.EXE file in
    sys$system returned the following version information.
    
            Image Identification Information
    
                    image name: "MCC_ALARM_MGR"
                    image file identification: "DECMCC V1.3"
                    link date/time: 10-FEB-1993 18:20:30.46
                    linker identification: "05-09"
    
    Is this the problem?  How can we get this working again or is it not
    supported?
