Hello Louis,

you really should contact the product Manager, Susan Pomerleau, DTN 828-6110
and ULYSSE::POMERLEAU for questions like this. Susan is on holidays until
March 20th 1995 though.

Regards,
Hubert.
ps for urgent customer problems please use IPMT. For urgent requests for
functionality and formal response to programme activities, please contact
the product manager.

I have already started the ball rolling via the CSC, just thought a quick
NO or YES in the notes conference would help us out. I will chase the
issue up with Susan

Cheers,
Louis
6250.3sorry, your new topic had confused me.AZUR::LANGENSTEINHubert Langensteiner, @VBEMon Mar 13 1995 13:4918
Louis,

if you have an IPMT case then please follow up in IPMT. Every IPMT update is
mailed automatically to the related case management team.

Although I could answer some of the general questions I do not want to inter-
fere with the Product Manager and therefore let Susan answer these questions.
I recommend to send Susan a mail and am sure she is happy to follow up in a
timely manner (if she was not out of the office this week).

To limit this confusion, please poll the right channels, i.e. Susan Pomerleau
for general programme information and formal answers to component support,
and IPMT for case updates.

Regards,
Hubert.
