6207.1 | what protocol run DECbrouter | AZUR::DURIF | Wed Jan 04 1995 11:31 | 10
Hi, What protocol runs DECbrouter90 ? If it runs phase V, events generated by the DECbrouter90 can be directed to DECmcc station by creating an Outbound Streams. The address of the DEcmcc station is one of the outbouns stream parameters. Benoit

The DECbrouter90 is running PhaseIV DECnet. Besides, it's a CISCO router so there is no outbound stream parameters. I don't know of any way to redirect any events from a CISCO router. Infact I don't think it's possible. I guess polling is the only way to get status about the end node in .0 any other suggestions welcome. andrew |
