    i just incorporated the new MCC_FDICTIONARY.* files hoping to be able
    to graph the real time utilization of a 56k circuit using CHDLC on a 
    DECnis running 2.3 software. I'm running 1.3 of DECmcc.
    The CHDLC child entity now shows up but i can not find where under
    operations->graph->statistics
    the inbound and outbound utilization feature.
    With the new mcc_fdictionary files should i be able to graph the
    CHDLC circuit utilization?
    Also I seem to have lost the ability to graph the HDLC  circuit
    utilization from the same DECnis. I could before the new
    mcc_fdictionary  files. The inbound and outbound utilization features
    do not show up under  operations->graph->statistics anymore.
    
    Are there any fixes to these problems?
    
    Also has anyone been able to modify the DECmcc Phase V reports to work
    for CHDLC lines?
