On a Vax 3900 running OpenVMS V6.0 with DECnet-OSI for OpenVMS Version V5.7A.
MCC V1.3.

When attempting run Mcc STM Listener the following error is written to the
error file:

10-25-1994  1:51:01 PM SYS$QIOW return status for starting port: 1
SYS$QIOW iosb condition for starting port: 20
10-25-1994  1:51:01 PM Fatal Error - Abnormal Termination of Listener.

I have checked the adapter being used (_EZA0:), it is correct.

Any ideas...???
