Since a few days our dna5_evl process crashes each time a event occurs. 6135.1 | DNA5_EVL crashes | VF::LANGASQUE | Wed Oct 12 1994 10:36 | 7
Hi, Which operating system version, which mcc version, which hardware ... Thanks to provide us with more info. Eric
6135.2 | HLNET1::JELINK | Wed Oct 12 1994 11:11 | 12
Eric, It's an 4600 running 5-5.2 Decmcc V 1.3. The strange thing is that this worked for months and nothing has changed on the DECmcc platform. The last thing that has changed is the software on the decnis. But some other decnisses are still running the old image (2.2.23) and events from this decnisses will also crash the process. Regards, Henk Jelink.
6135.3 | Not really a CMA issue | SCCA::Dave | You think I know something about Netview? | Wed Oct 12 1994 12:32 | 5 |
The CMA messages is because CMA ends up being a "Catch-all" for execptions, and is propably not related to the real problem. The ACCVIO address should, hovever, be correct.
6135.4 | HLNET1::JELINK | Mon Oct 17 1994 11:23 | 6
Two days later we've got the "insuffient event pool memory" error. Rebooting the system solved all problems. Henk. |
