    %MCC-E-ALLOC, C allocation error.
    
    
    	This error occurs everytime certain OPS staff were starting up
    their MCC sessions. Also the message 'insufficient virtual memory'
    was in the log file. Since this can be very misleading, I thought I'd
    post this note for the benefit of others.
    
    The Ops staff were starting up their MCC displays thru a scheduler
    batch job, which started up under the MCC$USER account.
    
    When checking the MCC$USER account, the quota's were found to be very
    low. -under 20000- Once these were adjusted to slightly higher values
    and the Ops staff exited their MCC sessions and re-entered, everything
    worked fine.
    
    This just happened to have been turned up prior to making changes to
    the Virtualpagecnt parameter, and rebooting the system.
