Conference azur::mcc

6118.0. "node NAME into event phase V" by SWTHOM::NOBRE (Jocelyne Nobre - CST France) Wed Sep 14 1994 10:36

	My customer receives  phase V event about reachability change from
	a DECnis on his MCC station ( vms 5.5-2 ,decnet/osi 5.6b , decmcc 1.3)

	BUT he can not found directly the node NAME 
	witch is down or up , even if the node is registered into 
	sys$system:decnet_loc_node_definitions.txt 
	and loaded in the local namespace.
