My customer has Polycenter Manager 400 v2.3. With this kit he received TSM 1.6. 
He wishes to go to VMS v6 and DECnet/OSI and will therefore require TSM 2.1.

He obviously does not wish to buy a seperare license for TSM, will his EMS 
license support V2.1 TSM ??

The TSM version in the EMS kit was modified to do this. You would need a modified TSM V2.1 (unlikely to happen soon) or you could give the customer a loan license for TSM. *Robert

No, the standalone TSM does not check for the EMS license. The TSM 
version in the EMS kit was modified to do this.

You would need a modified TSM V2.1 (unlikely to happen soon) or you 
could give the customer a loan license for TSM.
