When I do
sho node4 cxo003 line syn-0 all statistics
I get

The inbound and outbound utilization seems a bit high to me
The line has the proper speed set

Any ideas?
P.S. I did set the line speed to 384000 and it still shows 384

It would mean 384 bits per second. If the line actually runs at 38400 bps this would explay why you see such high performance figures. > P.S.
