    	I have been told by my customer that we can't set the actual speed
    on the DECwanrouter (250 and 500) for point to point line.
    
    	So without this information, no line utilization data is available.
    
    	I have no way to do local test here in my office .
    
    	So is it possible to get line utilization for those routers ?
  	If yes, whjat is the method ?
