Hi,
I'm announcing an AS IS version of an HPGL to MCC-backdrop converter.

History:
This tool is created by a friend of my who's contacted by the Royal Dutch Navy.
This version runs on VAX/OpenVMS 5.5. It was created out of fustration of a
lacking functionality to create customized backdrops.
It assumes that the drawing you like to use as a backdrop is created/scanned
with popular PC software (WP-DRAW, Autoscetch, Autocad,..name-it). Your final
version should be "printed" to a file with an HP-plotter as selected output
device.
This file can than be converted with HPGL2MCC to create a backdrop.

THIS SOFTWARE IS NOT ORIGINATED FROM DIGITAL. The manual has a Digital "look and
feel" but has no relations with Digital.
