Hello,

A customer has bought a DECmcc BMS and a startup service to go along. We are
short of resources to deliver this service and the customer has urgency in 
putting DECmcc to work.

Is there an experient DECmcc specialist/consultant who would like and be able
to come to Portugal to deliver this service?

It would have to be someone whith the hability of:

- getting from the customer their operational needs regarding network management
- designing the DECmcc setup to meet those needs
- setting up a DECmcc environment from scratch according to that design
- giving the customer a tutorial in using DECmcc and basics on how to change
  the setup to meet future needs

Because of specifics of the customer environment, familiarity with the
DECmcc scripting AM is necessary (some scripts are already made from a pilot
project ran in the past, but they need to be updated and may be others
developed)

The environment is a mixed Phase V and IV DECnet, with an Ethernet with VMS
nodes and X.25 Routers. DECmcc is a VMS based BMS.

We need to initiate this service in the week of May, 9th. If you have the
