I have a custoewmr that complains that his Terminal server access module times out accessing DECservers from his MCC work station during periods of peak Network loads. He wants to know if there is any way to increase the time out for the terminal server access module so it doe snot indicate these false timeouts. I could not find any referance to any timers in the Manual. Thanks, Alan CSC CS

The default timeout value is 200 miliseconds (2 x 100 milliseconds). To override this do the following - $ DEFINE/SYS/EXEC TSAM$USE_SERVER_TIMEOUT = "0 0:0:0.20" (This will give you a timeout value of 400 milliseconds) MCC> Enable MCC 0 terminal_server_am (I think) And, you need TSAM 1.0.4 for this to work.
