Hello,
A customer has the following products :
Polycenter Network Manager 200 V1.3
ELM V1.2
FDS V1.2
He did the customer and states the following :
He did not have any problem with the installation of BMS and ELM
but he can not install FDS. The message is :
Dependency check failed:Either the installation of DECmcc BMS is
not complete or another FDP module is installed.
The question is if the versions he has bought are not compatible
or if he did something wrong with the installation.
I checked the SPD of BMS V1.3 and the optional s/w requirements
are ELM V1.3 and FDS V1.2. But is there a problem with BMS V1.3
and ELM V1.2 ?

Sorry, ELM V1.2 only works with BMS V1.2.
Similarly, ELM V1.3 requires ELM V1.3.
You may get something to work using ELM V1.2 on BMS V1.3 but it
is NOT a supported configuration.
Why not upgrade to ELM V1.3?
