    	Hello,
    
    At first Happy New Year to you all,and long life to DECmcc.
    
    	I have a question:
    
    	- How could I calculate the average of time of circuit 
    		disponibility.(hope that's the correct word)
    
    	In fact I would like to know how many hours in the month,the 
    	circuit was up.
    	
    	This operations have to be realized on DECnis,and DEMsa
    	routers.
    
    	I use DECdecision for my reports.
