How to collect DECnet IV event (eg. circuit down, circuit up, Adjacency down,
Adjacency up) form a DECnet/OSI router?
Can the DECnet/OSI router have double management deck (ie, CMIP and NICE) at the
same time? If not how can I choose to use NICE on the DECnet/OSi router instead
of CMIP?

| You can't.
DECnet Phase IV management was for management of DECnet Phase IV nodes.
DECnet/OSI management is for management of DECnet/OSI nodes.
A DECnet/OSI router is a DECnet/OSI node so it uses DECnet/OSI management.
Or have I misunderstood the question?
