    I have been told that the platform that NIS/NETsupport currently delivers 
    PLYcenter 400 on, the VAXstation 400/model 90, is ALPHA upgradeable.
    If true, this has the potential, therefore, to address the capital
    requirements necessary in a migration plan. Can anyone confirm this ??

	The following applies to an ALPHA upgrade for a VAXstation 4000/60. A similar thing exists for the model 90. If I am well informed the upgrade package for the model 60 is PE42-U-AB/BB (makes it a DEC3000/600)and for the model 90, it's PE42U-AC/BC (to DECstation 3000/600) and PE52U-AB/BB for a DECstation 3000/800. The upgrade offering includes the necessary brackets and mounting hardware to move forward any supported devices from the VAXstation to the DEC 3000. PE42U-AB has a List price of $12,995 and a Standard price of $15,588.
