5770.0. "Renaming bridge gets access violation ?" by CSC32::D_SHAVEY () Wed Dec 01 1993 16:23

    Problem:

    When I try to rename a LANbridge 200 I get an access violation. I
    verified, that the new bridge is reachable vial DECelms. Below is
    the error. Is this a known problem, as a customer is seeing the exact
    same error that I am seeing?

    Thanks

	Unfortunatelly, this is a known problem. And there is a very good
	answer from engineering to the corresponding CLD opened a few monthes
	ago : don't use this command ...

	Good luck with your customer,
	Guy.

5770.2Thanks for the info..CSC32::D_SHAVEYTue Dec 07 1993 14:477
    Guy,
    	Thanks for letting me know that there is a CLD in on this problem.
    I will try putting in another one.

    Thanks,

    Don't bother putting in another cld on this. It won't be fixed.

    I am working with engineering on fixing other more critical ELM AM
    clds and with the current resource issues this one is just not a high
    priority.
