    Hi,
    
    A customer of mine is trying to run the TCPIP DAILY GRAPH on data
    from October.  When she tries to run the reports with a start and
    end time in october the JOB COMPLETES and the error:
    
    %APPEND-E-OPENIN, error opening !AS as input
    
    occurs.  After inspecting the logfile...data is found
    
    Find  MCC_SNMP_INTERFACE with NODE_HOLD1 CONTAINING NODE_HOLD
    [1453 records found]
     if INTERFACE_ID_HOLD NE "999" THEN Find current with INTERFACE =
    INTERFACE_ID_H
    OLD
    [363 records found]
     Find current with time_STAMP between DATE1_HOLD and DATE2_HOLD
    [66 records found]
     Find current with exp_cvr_statistics = 1
    [64 records found]
    
    but when it goes to create the graph...this error occurs...

    The same exact report works for the same RDB file but when dates in
    November (recent) are specified....
    
    This is very odd.
    
    System info:
    
    	4000/60
    	VMS 5.5
    	DECgraph 1.6 (patched)
    	TCP/IP GRAPHs patch has been applied also.
