    Can anyone explain why some users receive the following error message
    in the iconic map, whilst other users find the function working ok.
    They are all using the same account to fire up the map.
    
    Using the navigation pull down to look for a device returns the
    error message :-
    
    "No parameter list was supplied in this IVL buffer"
    
    
    The customer has upgraded to Ultrix V4.3 from V4.2a. Apart from
    that, all the mcc stuff has not been changed.
