    This question may sound stupid, but I need to check!
    
    My customer wishes to use MCC_EVC_SEND.EXE on his network nodes to
    report to a central data collector.  Does he need to pay any license
    fee for running MCC_EVC_SEND.EXE on each DECnet node on his network?
