    Can somebody help me on the use of the OPERATION attribute of any
    entity.  I understand that when registering, you can specify PLAN or
    COMPLETE, an the purpose of this.
    
    However I do not see how we can trace back that an entity was only
    (incompletely) registered in the state PLANning, or (incompletely)
    registered in the COMPLETE state?
    
    I would like to use this attribute to understand from a management
    point of view if the entity is already there as a place holder, as
    an unsuccessfully registered entity or an active entity?
    
    How can we "inquire" (SHOW) this attribute ?
