    My customer has V1.3 running on Ultrix and a DS500-200.  We can set up
    DECnet circuits but we cannot set up IP circuits.  It cannot verify the
    endpoints. 
    
    I understand that other people have been experiencing the same problem
    and that a QAR has been filed.
    
    Is this a known problem or is there a workaround?
    
    This is important.  Believe it or not, we have won business with DECmcc
    BMS over HP Openview and IBM NetView/6000.  
    
    But we CANNOT get the IP circuits to work.  WIthout this functionality
    the sale will revert bid again and we will probably be history.
    
    What is the status or real facts on this problem?
