I got this error message on Polycenter networkmanager 200 (Ultrix 1.3).
When I set up retargeting and hit the OK button the following error appears:
MCC-F-Nodictionary, Dictionary file(s) not accessible
Notification alone works fine and there is no other process runnning which currently could
lock the dictionary.(a rebuild or any FCL-windows).
any help ?
