    hi,
    
    Customer would like to monitor the MCC_EXPORTER batch job via Alarm
    manager, when he uses the IMPM to bring up the Alarm manager, then
    select the create/enable rule and apply that to MCC *. He
    got the following from MCC:
    
    Parse error, validate entity and agrument values.
    
    Default values of the EXPORTER STOPPED alarm template had been used.
    
    Could someone advise the right way to monitor the exporter batch job?
