In note 4969 a bug was reported in the PA FM for the calculation
of network and multicast utilization. Reply 10 to this entry indicates
the cause of the problem and tells us a fix has been tested with
positive results. This entry dates from May'93 and I can't still can't
find a patch or new image to solve this problem!
Our customers need this solution, so what are we waiting for?

What's going on with this note is that much as we'd like it too be, notes is not a formal support mechanism (see note 7). What you are seeing here is that nobody reading the conference knows anything about PA. If a patch was produced, then it should be available through the CSCs. -- Erik | |||||

Okay I'll escalate it through the normal channels and wait for a
few months to get a solution for a problem that has been reported 4
months ago.
By the way I'm working in a CSC and I've seen a single patch for v1.3
yet!
