Hi,
I am handling a customer problem at the moment where the collector event sink
does not start. MCC v1.3
He gets the following message in the MCC_EVC_SINK.LOG:

- Has this *always* happened or did it just start happening ? I.e. did the
even collector sink *ever* work?
- What's the exact command that they's using to start the sink ?
- What do the process quotas & privs look like for the account you're using
to start it?

Thanks for the reply.
Have checked these things and he is using the system account with full privileges
and the following account quotas. He has only spent a little time with this and
is not sure if it ever worked. It is being started by the bms$startup in his
systartup.com.
