    Hi Folks,
    
    I'm having a headache with an alarm on two DECrouter 150 V1.1 (PTT).
    I run DECmcc V1.3 on VMS.
    
    The alarm expression is:
    
    router circ serial-1 substate <> none, at every=00:15:00
    
    I get every 15 minutes an alarm, the first alarm is indeterminate. 15
    Minutes later the alarm is clear.
    
    I have disabled the alarms, but I still get the message on my
    notification window.
    
    The question I have are:
    
    Has any one the same problems ?
    
    How is possible, that I get notifications on an alarm, which is disabled ?
    
    What does a circuit substate means ? (I did not define the alarm, the
    alarm on the circuit state works fine)
