Hi, I have a customer who has installed POLYCENTER NETWORK MANAGER 400 version 2.3 running on VMS 6.0. If he enters either:- SHOW BRIDGE .BRIDGE.LANBR1 LINE 1 ALL STATISTICS or SHOW NODE4 GAMMA ALL STATISTICS he gets:- '%MCC-E-NOTFOUND, unsupported combination of verb, entity, partition' He gets a similar message when using th Graph FM from the iconic map. I understand this is a mismatch between the parse tables and the dispatch tables. I've checked the mcc logicals etc and they all look ok, and there is only one dictionary. Any help greatly appreciated. Cheers, Phil Davies.

Unfortunately, the DECmcc based Polycenter products are not yet supported on V6.0 of VMS. However, if you want to try to fix this specific problem, you could try re-enroll the PA FM. (I'm assuming that is the problem since you are using statistics in both examples; does "show node4 gamma all char" work?) -- Erik |
