    VMS 5.5-2 and POLYCENTER 400 kit.
    
    I'm having a problem with the Notification PM.  I can start the
    notification application and open the window but that's about it.  If I
    try to open up the filter window, double click on a notification,
    etc... nothing happens.   From the notification window I can open up the 
    graph window but that's it. And, from the map window if I display 
    notifications then double click on a notification the detail window 
    rapidly opens and closes, opens and closes, ...
    
    This is a new install that went like this -
    
    	The customer installed BMS 1.3 from the EMS kit (July CD) before he 
    	upgraded DECw to motif.
    
    	I went onsite and did the following -
    
    	  installed motif
    
    	  installed BMS 1.3 from the EMS kit
    
    	  loaded the bridge, fddi, DEC vendor, and GIGAswitch MIBs
    
    	  installed ELM AM and FM from the EMS kit
    
    	  registered GIGAswitches, bridges and concentrators.  Ran STP and
    	  FDDI autopology and created maps
    
    	  created some alarms and ran into the notification problem.
    
    All the AMs and FMs are V1.3.  The notification fm image is dated
    11-Feb-1993 and is 870 blocks.
    
    Should I have deleted all the mcc files that were created by the
    customers install without motif?
    
    Any ideas?
