    Working with DECmcc/V1.3.0 (VMS & ULTRIX) and trying to do recording on
    snmp private child entity, I've met the following problem :
    
    1) recording on SNMP .snmp.etoile2 CHIPCOM	==> OK
    2) recording on SNMP .snmp.etoile2 CHIPCOM CHIPMIB02 ==> OK
    3) recording on SNMP .snmp.etoile2 CHIPCOM CHIPMIB02 OLMODTABLE 2 ==> OK
    	please note the simple expression of the instance number, ie 2
    
    4) recording on SNMP .snmp.etoile2 CHIPCOM CHIPMIB02 OLPORTTABLE (2,1)
    		==> DOESN'T WORK...
    	please note the composed expression of the instance number, ie
    	(2,1)
    
    Is there any known problem about parenthesis usage within a record
    command ?

	Hi I am experiencing exactly the same problem of .0 when trying to record on fddi MIB variables. Is there any solution or workaround to this problem ? 	Hi Luis, After more one year of expecting to my official escalation, the latest status I've had is that this bug is fixed by the next DECmcc T1.4.0 release which seems to be available since OCT 15th 1994. Regards, Renato

	This was fixed last January, and the patches were shipped. It was part of the infamous "Loral" patch. The cure was to add constructed data types support for the repository.
