5514.0. ""too big" error w/DECmcc Ultrix" by DPDMAI::DAVIES (Mark, SCA Area Network Consultant) Fri Aug 20 1993 11:32

I am getting the following error when attempting to use
Autoconfiguration of DNA4 network. I have requested all nodes in a
single area. This has worked in the past (yesterday), but today is
doesn't and exits in an error state.

I am running DECmcc V1.3 on Ultrix V4.3.

Any direction is appreaciated as to what have unknowingly done.

    Thanks,

Re .0:

  Mark,

What you see is a very meaningful message from sh5 notifying you that
your system ran out of memory.

sh5 could not execute /usr/mcc/mmexe/mcc_ac_wan4_mapper because your
system had not enough core to run it.

Check your memory and swap usage or ask your system manager about this.

  Regards.

  Pierre.
