I have configuration like this, and I am a novice in DECmcc-BMS
(POLYCENTER Network Manager 200, VMS version)

I want to give alarm demo to my customer, my scenario : when somebody
try to zero counter in RGM001 can be detected from MCC station (Y00002)
-> the sound can be hear and also the change of the icon's colour.
For SNMP network management (I used UCX 2.0), alarm and notification was
O.K (Icon's colour and notication bell changed when system up or down),
but for DECnet node nothing is happened when I tried to zero executor
counter.
I have set at the Y00002 and also from another node, but still there
was nothing (no sound, no colour changing etc), but at the same time
all node is reachable (it means there is no physical problem) and all
DECmcc features like register, performance monitoring, historian and etc
worked fine.
What's wrong with my setup ?
What is the function of the MCC_DNA4_EVL, should I use this file to set
alarm and notification ?
Can you help me ?

After I created that rule and tred to enable that rule, I got bell at

It's happen many times, every I tried to enable that rule.
