While playing with the data collector, I was just wondering how a MM can specify the SEVERITY of an event. It is not specified in the mcc_event_get or mcc_event_put routines nor in the MSL... So, how does my MM specify the severity of an event? Regards, Serge

You can not do it with the Collector AM. You have to specify to severity in your notify request. with TeMIP, you can specify the severity into your event_put because the MSL is based on OSI alarms. |
