Greetings,
Can anyone give me some information or a pointer to some documentation
on how statistics are calculated ? eg Inbound utilization.
In some instances I have had utilization shown at greater than 400%.

You should be able to find what you need in the
PERFORMANCE ANALYZER FUNCTIONAL MODULE Documentation.
It has all the Statistical Algorithms that DECmcc uses.
