With the MCC a number of MIB files for Chipcom hubs are included. What devices do these pertain to? I ask this question because I have just walked into a site where a colleague of mine has compiled chipcom_hub21_mibdef.txt followed by the chipcom_hub30_mibdef.txt and then registered the hub ok. However I only get the MIB 1 definitions returned. Now the version of the EMM software is V2.(its quite old). Does the *HUB21* and *Hub30* files refer to the version of EMM software? Do I need to reinstal the *hub21* definitions? John Davies

John, *HUB21* refers to EMM V2.1, an old version. *HUB30* refers to EMM V3.0. It also can be used for EMM V3.1 and V3.2 but TOKEN RING and FDDI modules are not seen correctly. A last version of MIB, related to EMM 3.2, TRMM 2.0, OEBM 2.1 (ONline Ethernet BRIDGE module) is available on CHNAPS:: (47.154) : filename : CHNAPS::CHIPCOM_EMM32_TRMM20_OEBM21.TXT_NOMAC I hope this will help you.
