Hello,
I want to reclaim the purged space in the historian repository files with a
batch job. I suspend the recording for the entities of that domain, but the
repository files are still locked by the batch job and it is not possible to
do the analyse und convert of the repository files. Ok, I could stop the batch
process and start it again. Buuut somtimes the repository files are also locked
by an interactive MCC process, which I cannot stop. The interactive process
locks the files when someone has accessed historian data.
We are using VMS 5.5-2 and MCC 1.3.0
Does anyone know's how to release the locks without stopping the process?
