       I am a novice in DECmcc, I just installed POLYCENTER Network Manager 
  200 for OpenVMS V1.3 and DECmcc TS-AM V1.0.0 as aditional package. The 
  installation and IVP seemed O.K (passed), but I still got problem when I 
  tried to use TS-AM, actually I don't known whether that's a problem or not
  the problem is there is no TERMINAL_SERVER Icon (in the Tool Box when I tried
  open Tool Box window from MCC window) but at the same time NODE, NODE4, 
  CIRCUIT, SCRIPTS, REFERENCE, SAMPLE, MCC, DOMAIN, COLLECTOR and etc could be
  found. 

  I use VAXstation 4000-60, 40 MB memory, 800 MB disk, OpenVMS V5.5-2,
  DECnet/OSI V5.5. The startup procedure was

  $@sys$startup:ucx$startup
  $@sys$startup:mcc_startup_bms
  $@sys$startup:mcc_ts_am_startup

Have you rebuild the dictionary ?

Try :            $manage/toolkit/dict rebuild

The system will try to build a new containment tree file using parse table log 
file like "dka0:[decmcc]mcc_fdictionary.log;8".

The rebuild will now build in the terminal server entities and there "reference
numbers " for the mir.

This procedure can run for hours even on a vaxstation 4000-60.

then restart decmcc , look into iconic map and the TS icon should appear.
