Hello, Here in Italy there is a customer that need to use the mcc_call_presentation. As far as i know it is possible to use this mcc_call but it is not documentated. TeMIP uses this call for the Alarm Handling, Event Log and Trouble Ticketing PM. Any information/Documentation about that ? Thanks in advance Raimondo

The interface is essentially undocumented and very unsupported. It is used by some internal development groups on an `as is' basis with no support. If you want access to the documentation that exists and to the PM Toolkit code and API, you must contact Jim (TOOK::) Lemmon. If this is for a customer, you may have to work up some legal agreement that ensures that the customer does not expect support and Digital will not be legally liable if we decide to change the API. ...kjn |
