The historical data are kept in the MIR repositories which are located
in the domain directory. You can obtain this directory by doing
"show domain domain_name all char". This directory can be specified
in the domain creation time.
The names of the files are:
1. VMS:
MCC_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.MCC_HIST_ATTR012_1
MCC_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.MCC_HIST_ATTR012_P
MCC_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.MCC_HIST_INST012_1
MCC_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.MCC_HIST_INST012_P
where XX..XX - domain id
2. Ultrix:
mcc_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.mcc_hist_attr012_1
mcc_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.mcc_hist_attr012_1.dir
mcc_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.mcc_hist_attr012_p
mcc_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.mcc_hist_attr012_p.dir
mcc_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.mcc_hist_inst012_1
mcc_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.mcc_hist_inst012_1.dir
mcc_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.mcc_hist_inst012_p
mcc_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.mcc_hist_inst012_p.dir
where xx..xx - domain id

On VMS to reclaim the purged space in the repository files
repositories must be compressed. You can find a description of a
compress procedure in the release notes.
