    At the snmp global entity level there is an attribute group/partition
    called "error statistics".  In this group there is an attribute called
    "inbound error packets".  What counters contribute to this number?

The PA FM manual says on page F-3:

Inbound error packets = SUM ( ifInDiscards + ifInErrors + ifInUnknownProtos )
