While trying to do a DECnet Autoconfig I get a stack dump when the procedure
begins generating the map files. The dialog for the specific auto
config is attached. In general I'm just trying to do an autoconfig for a
specific area. The attached dialog is for level 2 routers in a specific area
(45), but the same error occurs when I do the autoconfig for all nodes in a
specific area.
This first happened at a customer's site, but I am able to create the problem
at will here on my MCC system in the office.
Is this a known problem?
Have I done something wrong in responding to the prompts during the setup
process?
As an FYI... When running the autoconfig for ALL decnet PH IV nodes
(selection #1 from the menu), the auto config completed without error.
Please let me know if this a known problem, or whether this should be QAR'd.
