A small problem I noticed today.
the purges in MCC_STARTUP_DNA4_EVL.COM and MCC_STARTUP_EVC_SINK.COM
don't specify the directory and happen to be in the wrong place, so
they never actually do anything.

Yes, it could have specified sys$login:mcc_dna4_evl.log or sys$login:
mcc_evc_sink.log. However the files are really meant to be templates,
the system managers should modify/update these two procedures to fit
their needs.
