Hello,

I've some problems using POLYCENTER System Census Agent via DECmcc MI.
(cross posted in conference VINO::System_Census)

installed HW/SW
VAX 3800 (Boot Server) Nodename COLNWS
VS 3100 (Sat) Nodename COLNSB
VMS Ver 5.5-2
DECnet IV 
Polycenter Network Manager 200 ver 1.3 
Polycenter ELM AM&FM V 1.3
Polycenter TS AM V 1.0-1
and additional other MM's.
Last but not least                     
POLYCENTER System Census Agent Ver T1.1-01 (FT1)

The System Census Agent is started on both systems (COLNSB and COLNWS)

I can access census information from both nodes via mcc (fcl) command:
But the two nodes are not registered in DECmcc as a NODE.
MCC> show node colnsb census
Using default ALL IDENTIFIERS

Node COLNSB_NS:.colnsb Census
AT  4-JUN-1993 15:59:25 Identifiers

Examination of attributes shows:
                         Implementation = { (
                                       Name = POLYCENTER System Census Agent
                                              for VMS,
                                    Version = "T1.1-01" ) }

I also get data for other census information (like DISK and soon).
But I'm not able to register this DECnet Phase IV node as DECnet OSI node in 
DECmcc. 

MCC> register node colnsb_5 synonym=colnsb

Node COLNSB_NS:.colnsb_5
AT  4-JUN-1993 16:01:27

Partial registration success. Please retry later to complete the 
registration.
        Reason for Partial Registration = The requested operation cannot be
                                          completed
                  Entity Existence Info = Entity Existence Cannot Be Determined
                      MCC Routine Error = %MCC-E-ENTEXIST,  specified entity
                                          definition exists already

If I try to access the node after the partial registration via the 
NODE .colnsb_5 entity name I get the following error back:

MCC> show node colnsb_5 census
Using default ALL IDENTIFIERS

Node COLNSB_NS:.colnsb_5 Census
AT  4-JUN-1993 16:02:23 Identifiers

Insufficient information, entity has only been partially registered

Now, how can I get the node registered successfully? Because without 
registering I'm not able to access the Census information via the Iconic Map.

Any help?
