Hello, We run MCC V1.3 under ULTRIX and found out that if you use notficationlgging, only two logfiles are created. We choose the following options in the notification logging optinons window. - logging enables at startup - create new version when logging is enabled - new version of logfile every 24 hours After two version, no new version is created. All notifications are written in version two. We tested it on different machines, on ULTRIX 4.3 and 4.2A. Is there any parameter to set (max version) or is it a bug? Roland

Does somebody has some experiance with LOGfiles on ULTRIX. I think it's a BUG. Should I report it? Or does this work in the other countries, or are we the only one with MCC on ULTRIZX who uses LOGfiles? Some answers .....please...... Roland | |||||

Apparently not too many people use this feature... I would suggest that you file a QAR on this problem to make sure that it does not fall through the cracks (see note 7) | |||||
