5102.0. "MCC Reports LINE TRAFFIC error" by CSC32::ORTIZ () Thu May 20 1993 14:36

I have a specialist running MCC EMS V1.3 and did some exporting for
a Phase IV node's LINE child entity. He received 18 successful polls.
He then ran DECmcc Reports and chose the LINE TRAFFIC Report and it
was unsuccessful. The following error is seen in the log:

ELEMENT NODE4_LINE_TRAFFIC_RPT NOT FOUND IN DICTIONARY

Shouldn't the above element be in the dictionary by default? If it
is then does he have a corrupted dictionary?

    Any help would be appreciated...

    A second twist!!!!!!!

From the dollar sign prompt, I executed the command lines from the log
file above. This resulted in the following error:

"%SYSTEM-F-ACCVIO, access violation, reason mask=01, virtual

HOWEVER, the file named in the log file above "NODE4_LINE_TRAFFIC.JDT_RPT"
is created when run from the dollar sign and appears to contain all the
    correct information.

Did you export the NODE4 entity(on top of the NODE4 line entity)? The
recording package make use of both of them. Try it.

    Thanks for the suggestion!

Tried it last knight. Received 15 successful polls (no failures) with
both Node4 & Node4 Line exporting to same "*.RDB file". Unfortunately,
no change in the reported error (see base note and log file in .1).
