The following TSAM V1.0.3 Alarm Notification problem has been seen:
				(MCC V1.3.0, TSAM V1.0.3, VMS 5.5-2)


Symptoms:
	*"Indeterminate" notification events are logged normally.
            Examples:
		-"Cannot communicate with target"
		-"Maintenance login information invalid"

	*"Clear" serverity notification events are logged normally.

	*Alarm rules detect increasing counter values for "evaluation false"
	 and "evaluation true", but no other events are logged except 
	 "Indeterminates" and "Clears".

	*Filters, Color Change, and Notification are all "Enabled"
