My customer has a problem with TSAM running on DECmcc 1.3 and VMS 5.5:
As the TSAM VMS was hanging in RWMBX status, she killed this process.
Then she tried to restart it using ENABLE command, as well as TSAM
startup procedure. In both cases, sh got an error saying that the
"requested operation cannot be completed. VMS routine error =
%NONAME-F-NOMSG, message number 00000004"
Can someone tell me where to investigate ?
